H day

Hi! This year I happen to post on Halloween day, and so I tried to give a touch of dark mood to the whole thing
...

Was there a best day to share my black O'Bag?

To be honest, I am not a fan of Halloween celebrations and in my country they have just recently been imported, but the day is largely celebrated abroad and required an adequate post!!

I  found an odd shop with shop windows in the theme !

The odd thing is that the shop windows haven't been decorated for the day but look the same  all the year round !
( I have never understood why )

The  merchandise they  sell has nothing to do with Halloween

Since they only sell beautiful  fabrics !

I live in a crazy country and usually don' t ask too many questions about people.
This is a funny world after all ...

... with the most crazy combinations !

Enjoy the day
( if you celebrate it )

Wearing a crown

This is a post in blue, I can't stay long without fully wearing it.
Don't you feel that blue is a perfect colour in transition seasons  ?
And  you don't need special accessories with a whole blue outfit!

Speaking of accessories ... look : it seems that I am wearing a crown!
:-)

( only at home I usually focus on  details of the photos I have shot. )

In any case ... it's not bad being a modern princess. And having the city as a reign ...

This is a very nice little shop in the centre of the city  with delightful items for your home.

Sometimes flowerpots are arranged in front of the shop windows.  Not at the moment anyway.

Back to blue ... Do you remember the  ringstone bracelet I made recently?
 ( blue of course )

I needed a necklace which matched
and  made a simple one very quickly !

My mid-season-coat has a colour that I find perfect with blue.
It's as soft as a cardigan and provides a warm hug which is  what I need in the morning .
It's getting chilly here.

Monday.  Another week ahead : enjoy every moment of it  ...

What happened...

Last week, when  I went out for some photos. I  thought it would have been the usual  routine.:
a little time around and then ... at home to prepare the post.

But when I think that I am about to do an easy job, things turn out to  be complicated!

Nothing of what I was wearing seemed work !
Bad combination of colours and prints, hair in a mess, very tired face, and a background without any  interest ...
The only sensible things was to  give up and try again another day.
(Side effect:no post! )

After a few days I tried a different outfit  in a different place.

Silk shirt in a cream shade with long sleeves which peep out of the animalier print sweater and a blue pen skirt

Blue and silver bracelets ( the blue one is part of "my fall/winter collection)

Apart from the bracelet, the only new item are the boots.

Moral:often it's useless try and try again when something doesn't work. It will probably go on badly even if you try a hundred times.

If the same happens to you ... don't worry! Surely... everything will be fine another day...

At home

First of all ... sorry for the bad quality of my today's photos.
I had a day off last week and spent a long weekend at my vacation home.

I wanted some  photos  there,  but it turned out to be a bad idea, because shooting inside is far more difficult!

There is nothing precious in the flat and the furniture is quite simple because I don't want to worry about ruining things when I am on holidays, besides, the  the place had a typical style which I liked keeping .
As you can see, in the kitchen there is also an old oven for the bread .

Do you have a special place where you can really relax?
This is mine, I always spend lovely days in the small village ...

When I was there last week

I knitted a new collar for my bag
(and went to the hairdresser since I had a lot of spare time! )

Back home, when I was preparing the post, I thought that, thanks to the bad quality of the photos,
my ( many ) wrinkles where less visible!!
Hooray!
